Dear customer, in case you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you already have them, got confused during the purchase or you simply don’t want them anymore, you can return them, as long as they keep their original packaging. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Once you have received your communication regarding the return, you will need to do the following:
1. Send us the products within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which you informed us that you wish to return.
2. Place the products in the box in which they were delivered to you or in another similar one.
3. Send them by courier to the following address: GLOP 2013, SL, Calle Camí cases d es poble N 9 1er, 07141, Marratxí (Baleares, Palma de Mallorca). The shipping costs will be at your expense.
1. After receiving the products, we will check that they are in perfect condition in order to be sold again, so we advise you not to tamper with the packaging of the products to be returned.
2. We will refund the amount of the returned products, excluding the costs resulting from tampering, collection or shipping.
3. Although the law sets a deadline of 30 days for refunds, we always try to make it back within 48 hours (business days).
4. The refund will be made to a credit card if the product was paid for by this means of payment.
